The Fred Griffin Golf Junior High-Performance Program is a personalized program with high standards in training for the serious junior golfer. For the competitive golfer, it provides all the essentials needed to perform at a highest level. The program allows the juniors to live at home and continue to excel in their local school and community.
Developed and taught by Golf Magazine Top 100 Teacher, Fred Griffin, the JGHPP is built uniquely for each individual based on their goals, aspirations, tournament schedule, strengths and identified areas of improvement. It’s essential for a player to excel in any sport that they learn and develop new “habits” that will transform their game. Our current “habits” are usually consistent, often unconscious patterns, we have displayed either effectively or ineffectively regarding our performance. Any change to our present status (habits) requires a new level of understanding, commitment and effort. Every player will be introduced to this concept of total game development implemented in a simple, yet effective manner. By gaining a new knowledge and a deep understanding of cause and effect, along with a renewed desire and motivation to work and develop good “habits”, their game will soar to new heights.
The Fred Griffin JGHPP is a nine-month program (follows OCPS calendar) designed to strategically implement strategies to asses each individual students’ current game by using the latest teaching technology, mental and physical tools that will provide a map for lasting improvement.
A “Highly Personalized” Approach
Training is in a unique, small almost private setting. Ratios of 2:1, 3:1 and a maximum of 4:1 are used when group work is important to the content being delivered.
Building A Path to High Performance Program
